The cottage - a front entrance hall that leads to a large open plan area leading off to the lounge, kitchen and the three bedrooms.
A traditionally furnished, comfortable lounge with two large comfortable sofas, log effect stove, which can be operated by remote control. Edwardian writing desk with books and DVDS, Colour TV, DVD and Video.
Large fully fitted kitchen with dining table in beech that seats six or more.
Electric oven with halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher, slow cooker, toaster, double sinks washing machine, fridge/freezer, CD player with radio.

Double bed room looks onto the garden at the rear. Beautifully furnished in pinewood, good-sized room with king size bed (with duvets) and bedside cupboards with large bedside lamps wardrobe and drawers. Colour TV and ensuite bathroom with bath and handrails, space around WC, two washbasins and handrails.
Across the corridor are the two twin bedrooms.
Twin ensuite has a bedroom that is behind the lounge, which is tastefully furnished with pine, with two large three-foot wide beds with beautiful bed linen (with duvets) and bedside cupboards and lamps. There is also wardrobe space and drawers.
Twin ensuite is at the back of the cottage looking onto the garden - this is also decorated in pine and tastefully decorated with two large three –foot wide beds with beautiful bed linen (with duvets) and bedside tables and lamps. The room also has a wardrobe, dressing table, stool and easy chair that is move-able and useful for someone who needs a little more comfort. Shower room with roll in shower and handrails with plenty of space around the WC. There are two washbasins.
Rear Door leads out to seating area, patio and sheltered garden with access through archway to the front of the cottage leading to amazing panoramic views from the front of the cottage across the valley.
