We offer safe parking for our guests as well as quality accommodation in our warm and comfortable large bedrooms with wonder full views, all of which have their own character, and have TV and tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms.and know bed room 2 has a shower room 
We serve an excellent home cooked breakfast (winning the egg cup award with the AA)  using local sausages from  the farm shop near Durham. English mid cured bacon and tomatoes .our own fresh eggs . home made bread and  award winning marmalade ,jams and local and organic food when ever possible.  Lots of free trade tea and coffee.

Dinner , We pride our selves on good food . Jan has the Certificate of Professional Cookery from Darlington Catering Collage. also winning the AA pie award for 9 years  for her evening meals and of coarse our Hereford Steak and Ale Pie.You  just have to try it.Fresh home made soups and rolls , and all our vegetables are fresh and seasonal.Puddings are what ever fruits are in season . Apple Pie or  Summer fruit Crumble. and may more.

Rates:

£64 per night (2 persons sharing double or twin room, includes full cooked breakfast)
£60 per night - for stays of 3 nights+ (for 2 persons sharing double or twin room, includes full cooked breakfast)

£44 per night (1 person staying in a double room, includes full cooked breakfast)

Dinner, 3 courses served between 6.30 pm- £17.50 per person.
